Privacy
Draft. This page describes how AtDealPoint works today in plain language. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch and may change.
AtDealPoint helps you find deals. We collect as little as possible to do that, never sell personal data, and don't use advertising trackers.
What we keep and why

Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. Other sites can't read it and it isn't used for advertising. A second one remembers the city you chose (only the city's name, for a year) so the home page opens on it. Your browser may also remember small settings on your device. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else handles data
Our hosting and database providers; our email provider (to send emails you asked for); Google Safe Browsing (deal links, never your data) and, when you open a map, the map provider OpenFreeMap (which sees your IP address like any website you load). When you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your choices
You can see and change your account, cards and saved deals at any time, and turn off reminder emails with one click. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, write to averagedeal.check@gmail.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
